Return Policy

POLICY

Before you decide to return any products, we strongly encourage you to contact our skin care specialist for a free, professional consultation on the issue you are having. Often, a change in frequency, a modified regimen, or simply a refresher on using the products is all that's needed to improve performance or address any problems you may have experienced.

Also, please give these products ample time to work - this is why we have one of
the longest return periods in the industry - 90 days.

All of the skin care products sold on our website come with a money back satisfaction guarantee. We honor a 90-day return policy for online orders.  At this time, cosmetics are not returnable items, nor are multiple quantities of the same item. Purchasers who have not ordered in the prior twelve months and with items that in the aggregate exceed a net purchase price of two hundred dollars or purchasers who are returning multiple, opened products from the same order or multiple orders placed within a 14-day period that exceed a net purchase price of one hundred twenty-five dollars may be assessed a refund service fee of twenty five percent. We do not record or store your credit card information, so any items purchased in one of our retail stores will need to be returned in person to the store with the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not re-sell any opened or used returned items and discard them. Accordingly, and in the event of multiple purchases of the same item within the same 48-hour period, only one (1) such item(s) may be returned for a refund unless the other same items are returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase with the original seals intact and in re-sellable condition, as determined by us.

PROCEDURE

You will first need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  E-mail Customer Service with the following information: your name, product name, location of purchase, order number, date of purchase, price paid, and specific details on the reason for the return of each item individually (this helps us with quality control).  Write the RMA number on your original receipt and mail it, together with all of the unused product, in an unused shipping carton to: Mango Madness Skin Care Dept. R,  401 South County Road, #2503, Palm Beach, FL  33480. You must use ths exact address and ship via USPS or your package might be returned to you by the post office before we receive it. We recommend you obtain a Delivery Confirmation number from the Post Office. We strongly advise not re-using the original shipping container because of numerous instances of delayed delivery, non-delivery, or damage.

Be sure to include the RMA number and original receipt in your return shipment as we cannot provide a full refund without the RMA number and original receipt. For returns that conform with this policy, subject to the terms of this policy elsewhere stated herein, the purchase price will be refunded in full, net of any discounts or free services. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return postage is paid by the person making the return shipment. Items returned without an RMA number or original receipt may be subject to a processing fee of twenty-five percent. Please allow 2-4 weeks after we receive your return to have credit posted to your credit card account.
