Shipping and Returns

We ship all retail packages FREE of charge via USPS Priority Mail.  At this time, Mango Madness Skin Care ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including its territories, Puerto Rico, and APO and FPO addresses.  Expedited shipping is available for a fee. All of the skin care products sold on our website come with a full 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. We honor a 90-day return policy via prepaid shipping. Just mail us the unused portion in the original container and insured. Be sure to obtain a Delivery Confirmation number from the Post Office. You will first need to send an e-mail requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to Customer Service with the following information: your name, product name, order number, date of purchase, price paid, and specific details on the reason for the return of each item.  Makeup and bronzers are not returnable items. Be sure to include the RMA number and original receipt in your return shipment as we cannot provide a full refund without the RMA number and original receipt. For returns that conform with this policy, the purchase price will be refunded in full, net of any discounts or free services (e.g., shipping). Items returned without an RMA number and original receipt may be subject to a processing fee of thirty percent. We do not re-sell returned items and discard them.
