Expedited shipping is available for a fee. All of the skin care products sold on our website come with a money back satisfaction guarantee. We honor a 90-day return policy via prepaid shipping. Just mail us the unused portion in the original container and insured. Be sure to obtain a Delivery Confirmation number from the Post Office. You will first need to send an e-mail requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to Customer Service with the following information: your name, product name, order number, date of purchase, price paid, and specific details on the reason for the return of each item. Cosmetics are not returnable items. Be sure to include the RMA number and original receipt in your return shipment as we cannot provide a full refund without the RMA number and original receipt. For returns that conform with this policy, the purchase price will be refunded in full, net of any discounts or free services (e.g., shipping). Wholesale skin care products are non-returnable except in the case of a product defect as determined solely and exclusively by Mango Madness Skin Care, Inc., in which case the claimed defective item(s) shall be returned within 7 days via UPS with Delivery Confirmation and at the shipper’s expense. The wholesale purchaser takes possession of the merchandise once it has been accepted by the shipping carrier and any damage incurred in transit is not the responsibility of Mango Madness Skin Care, Inc.; the wholesale purchaser's recourse shall be with the shipping carrier. Mango Madness Skin Care, Inc. does not currently offer any drop-ship programs. Free shipping is not available to wholesale orders.
