Your skin longs to be rid of its dull, drab top layer of dead cells so it can generate new skin cells through its natural healing process. Our paraben free products include microdermabrasion exfoliating cream, cleansers, gels and skin creams with alpha hydroxy acids or AHAs.

Choose an Exfoliating Facial Scrub that Suits You

Any dermatologist will tell you that to achieve smoother, more beautiful skin, you need to adopt a dedicated regimen that includes skin exfoliation, an effective wrinkle cream, and a quality moisturizer. You have two basic choices: either an abrasive face scrub or an AHA product.

ReNew Youth™ Retinol Skin Cream
Highest concentration of non-prescription Retinol. Reduces wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots. Proven results.
Exfoliate Me™ Glycolic Acid Cleanser
Glycolic acid exfoliation for skin rejuvenation with wrinkle, acne, and age spot improvements.

The Importance of Exfoliation

Exfoliation is the most commonly omitted wrinkle reducing procedure in many skincare regimens. Once you begin the correct method for exfoliating your skin, positive benefits will become quickly apparent. Your face will feel instantly smoother and softer. This is the result of having removed the top layer of dull, dead cells that are part of the natural cell turnover process.

Using natural skin exfoliation to remove the upper layer of dead cells on your epidermis with the proper facial scrub helps prevent pores from becoming clogged, which will minimize acne and other skin blemishes. Exfoliating away these dead cells will also minimize fine lines by removing the thin layer of skin that accentuates these lines.

Skin Type Considerations

If your skin type is dry, you should use an abrasive type of exfoliation product such as microdermabrasion face cream. If your type is oily, use a fruit acid or glycolic acid type of exfoliation product. And after any exfoliation procedure, be sure to use a quality moisturizer that contains hyaluronic acid. You will also need to wear a good paraben free sunscreen to protect your newly exfoliated skin.

How Often Should I Exfoliate?

Depending on the strength of the product and your tolerance, you can exfoliate either every day or 1-2 times per week. For example, a 10% glycolic acid gel cleanser can generally be safely used on a daily basis. Microdermabrasion Cream should be used 1 to 2 times weekly. A 15% Fruit Acid or AHA exfoliation gel can be used 2 to 3 times per week.

Types of Skin Exfoliation Products

You can accomplish successful skin exfoliation at home with any of a variety of methods: fruit acid creams, retinols, and smoothing microdermabrasion creams.

Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), which are also known as Fruit Acids, include Glycolic, Lactic and Pyruvic acids. A product with all 3 AHAs will yield excellent results. Our best selling AHA cleanser is Exfoliation Plus+™.

Fruit acid products work best with Peptide 6® Wrinkle Reducer Cream. We suggest you use Peptide 6 both morning and night. Before bedtime, first apply Exfoliation Plus+™ (leave on for 1-3 minutes depending on your tolerance level, then rinse your face thoroughly with cool water). Next, apply Peptide 6 or Hydrospherex™ 100% Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Together, these two products will give you the very best results. Use sunblock afterward and keep out of eyes.

Microdermabrasion works by gently abrading the upper surface of old skin cells that accumulate on your skin. It is best to use a mild facial scrub with a small granular structure such as you will find in our Microdermabrasion Exfoliation Cream. The large 4 ounce jar will last you up to three months. Use it morning or night 3 to 4 times a week. Always wear sunblock after exfoliating your skin and keep out of eyes.

Retinol Ceams are effective at removing the upper layer of old skin cells while encouraging the formation of collagen. Collagen is the fibrous tissue that provides skin's foundation. With advancing years, collagen breaks down, creating wrinkles. ReNew Youth™ Retinol Cream, when used morning and night, will give you outstanding results. If your skin is too sensitive for this product, we recommend a gentle amber scrub.

Glycolic Acid works to remove dead, aging skin, helps with acne, helps remove age spots and discolorations, and makes your pores appear smaller. Exfoliate Me™ Glycolic Acid Gel Cleanser is a gentle cleanser and is also great for younger, acne prone adults. As always, you must wear sunblock after using this cleanser.
